How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply add the men’s apparel items you wish to purchase from UCLOCKER to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to enter your shipping and payment information.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We typically process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Why didn’t I get an email about my order being shipped?

We will send you an email once your UCLOCKER order has shipped.

If you did not receive an email, you may have entered your email address incorrectly or the email may have gone to your spam folder.

It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order before shipping.
