Nobody’s perfect, though we always strive to be. In the rare case that we make a mistake, we want you to have a worry-free experience. Notify us within 15 days of receiving your order and we’ll take care of you.

Our Do-It-Right Guarantee makes it quick and easy:

If your order contains items that are materially different than your final order details or incorrect products, we will reproduce those incorrect pieces for you or issue full or partial refund according to your request.

If for any reason we try and are unable to replace those pieces correctly, we will refund you those pieces. You’ll be issued a refund within 3-7 business days.

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason for cancellation, and we will retrieve it back if the order has not been processed.

But please note that once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin order processing. If you would like to cancel your purchase which has already been processed, your order is subject to a $15 restocking fee per item.

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, subtract shipping fees and discounts, except in the case of an incorrect shipment.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
